In this action packed class, students will design their own dynamic characters while exploring bold poses, dramatic expressions, and eye-catching costumes. From fearless heroes to mischievous villains, artists will learn how to tell stories through their drawings and create characters that feel larger than life.
Perfect for imaginative kids, this class builds confidence in drawing action, emotion, and telling stories, all with a fun, comic-inspired twist.
All materials are provided, however, you may bring your own sketchbook, pencils, eraser and sharpener.
Parents: Aprons are provided as some activities can be messy; please dress your students appropriately, thank you! You are welcome to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins.
Cam Miles is a professional animator who has worked on shows such as Fireman Sam and Caillou (2024), specializing in character design work and holds a degree in Visual Arts from Sheridan College.
