If you have any questions, or can’t find what you’re looking for and would like to special order a product, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page and we will be happy to help!

PLEASE NOTE: An additional shipping charge will apply for overweight and oversize orders. This additional charge will not be applied through the online store checkout system and would be paid as a separate charge via credit card over the phone. If we receive your order and it ends up being overweight or oversize, we will have to call you to sort out the details before shipping or delivering your order. Please note that if you place an order that incurs this additional shipping charge, you must pay the additional shipping charge to receive your order. If you do not want to pay the additional shipping charge, a refund can be processed for your order minus a 5% administration fee. We will take between 6-10 business days to pick and process your order before shipping to your address.

We are unable to ship canvases larger than 36” on any side, therefore any canvases 36” or larger ordered online must be picked up in store. Orders for multiple canvases, or for canvases of larger sizes (IE. 18”, 20”, 24” or anything larger) are very likely to incur additional shipping charges because of the size of the package, especially if shipping long distances like to the east or west coast. Please consider this before placing a canvas order for shipping and read the policies above for our additional shipping charges for overweight and oversize orders, thank you!
