Please read the following policies when you prepare to register for an art class or art workshop or art camp at Maggiolly Art!

General Registration Policies
Registration is on a first come first served basis and is limited to space restrictions.
Advance registration is recommended for all programs.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
All registration is subject to availability.
All programs, prices and instructors are subject to change without notice.
Maggiolly Art reserves the right to remove students from classes.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Adult/Youth/Kid's Courses
Payment is due in full at time of registration.
Customers who withdraw more than 2 weeks prior to the start of a course will be issued a full refund, minus a service fee of $25.00 plus hst.
Refunds are available 3 days before the start of the first class, minus the service fee of $25.00 plus an administration fee of $30.00. (All fees are plus hst.)
Absence does not constitute a withdrawal.
Courses can be transferable.
Instead of a refund, students can opt to be transferred to another class of the same value during the same season, without incurring any service fees or administration fees.
Withdrawal requests must be made by telephone by calling Maggiolly Art at 519-942-9560.
Cancellation of Classes
To ensure that we are able to run your preferred classes, we recommend that you enroll at least 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the program.
In the event of course cancellation due to low enrollment, registrants will be notified 3 days prior to the scheduled commencement of the course and a full refund will be given.
Cancellation of Classes due to inclement weather
Please call 519-942-9560 to confirm classes in the event of inclement weather.
Students will be contacted via phone and email when the school is closed due to weather.
Every effort to provide make up classes will be made but cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will not be given in these rare cases.
Maggiolly Art cannot be held responsible for any accident which may occur on our premises during an art class. The participant of any art class assumes that participation involves the risk of an accident occuring and the participant or parent/guardian of the participant who is under 18 years of age, must assume all responsibility. Maggiolly Art will not be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items belonging to any art class participant.
