Regarded as a master of light, Michele breaks the painting process down into an approachable, step by step method which makes painting flowers fun and easy for artists of any skill level. Learn about blending, masking, stencilling and proportions as you create your very own Georgia O’Keefe Poppies painting in our bright studio space.
Canvas size: 24” x 30”
Brushes: bristle filberts several size 4, 6
Simply Simmons oval wash brushes size ½ and ¾”
Q-tips (for blending and mixing)
Odourless mineral spirits or Safflower oil for cleaning out brushes
Murphys oil soap or brush soap
Grey Pallet paper or stay wet pallet if using acrylic
*Retarder if using Acrylic
Colors:
Titanium White
Cadmium yellow pale or equivilant
Alizarin Crimson
Cerulean Blue
Palette knife for mixing
Paper towel
