This palette contains 50 neutral gray sheets of extremely durable paper stock that are coated to make sure the sheets beneath stay dry. Sheets are 11” x 16”.

Why a grey palette? A grey palette provides a neutral backdrop to your colours, which will make them appear more true to how they would appear in your painting. When using a white palette, the stark white beside your colours will make them look extremely different than they will within a tonal painting. Using a grey palette allows you to mix colours more accurately, and have a better idea of the true hue, value, and temperature of your colours as they will appear within your painting.
